What we build
and how we build it.
New Voyager delivers production-grade multi-agent AI systems and conducts frontier AI research. Below is a breakdown of our technical stack, delivery approach, research capability, and areas of specialisation.
What every
system we build
includes.
Multi-agent orchestration
We design and build multi-agent systems using LangGraph — defining agent roles, inter-agent communication protocols, state management, and parallel execution patterns. Systems are built for deterministic, auditable behaviour suitable for regulated environments.
Foundation model integration
We deploy and integrate large language models via AWS Bedrock, supporting Claude (Anthropic), Titan, and open-weight models. We handle prompt engineering, context window management, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and fine-tuning pipelines.
Human-in-the-loop systems
All agent systems we build include configurable human oversight layers — approval gates, confidence thresholds, exception queues, and full output audit trails. This meets responsible AI deployment requirements for government and regulated enterprise clients.
Enterprise & government integration
Agents integrate with REST APIs, enterprise platforms (Salesforce, SAP, SharePoint), secure document stores, and custom internal systems. We handle authentication, data residency, and compliance constraints as part of scoping.
Research capability at the frontier of agentic AI.
Beyond production deployment, we conduct original research at TRL 2-3 — developing novel architectures and methodologies funded through ARIA, DASA, and Innovate UK AI Champions programmes.
Novel multi-agent architectures
Research into coordination protocols beyond standard orchestration — including decentralised consensus mechanisms, emergent task allocation, and self-organising agent topologies for complex operational environments.
Explainable autonomous decisions
Developing interpretable reasoning chains for multi-agent outputs — structured confidence scoring, causal attribution, and decision provenance that meets the transparency requirements of defence and regulated contexts.
Secure coordination protocols
Novel approaches to inter-agent trust and verification — cryptographic audit provenance, adversarial robustness testing, and zero-trust communication frameworks for multi-agent systems operating in hostile information environments.

Healthcare & Life Sciences
Regulatory document automation
Multi-agent systems for generating, reviewing, and managing complex regulatory documentation — including diagnostic test target product profiles, clinical study reports, and submission dossiers.
Public Sector & Government
Agentic AI for public services
Agentic systems for government workflows — including citizen-facing AI services, back-office automation, and compliance-critical document processing. Aligned with DSIT, DASA, and ARIA procurement priorities.
Financial Services
Automated regulatory reporting
Agent pipelines that ingest raw operational data, apply regulatory logic, and produce structured, audit-ready compliance outputs — reducing analyst time and error rates.
Research & Intelligence
Autonomous research pipelines
Multi-agent systems that autonomously gather information from multiple sources, synthesise findings, and produce structured briefings — replacing manual research workflows at scale.
Defence & National Security
Secure AI for contested environments
Multi-agent systems designed for classified and operationally sensitive contexts — including multi-source intelligence fusion, edge-deployed autonomous agents, adversarially robust decision support, and zero-trust inter-agent coordination.
